KADAPA: Police seized huge amounts of cash, liquor and sarees meant for distribution among voters while country-made bombs and firearms were recovered in the factionridden Rayalaseema region days ahead of the second phase elections.

In a huge catch, the Chittoor police caught a person with Rs 10 lakh cash meant to be handed over to a Praja Rajyam Party candidate in Prakasam district.
