JUBA 25 July 2013 (IRIN) – Vicious inter-communal violence, an ongoing rebellion and reports of state-sponsored human rights violations have left more than 100,000 people in desperate need in South Sudan's Jonglei, the largest and most densely populated of the country's 10 states.
